Why do I need to complete this?
It's important to make sure that any health concerns, allergies or injuries are factored into the service. Normally, this would mean I will need to make adaptations to things like oil, pressure, and where I massage. Occasionally, health concerns may mean it is not safe to complete a massage, or that you should seek medical advice before attending. By filling out this form, not only am I prepared for your needs, we can also avoid wasting your time and resources on an appointment that cannot go ahead.
What happens to my data?
The data provided here is just for me and you. Nothing will be shared, unless there is an urgent medical need to do so with a health professional, or unless you wish for me to contribute to a referral.
I have chronic tension in my back and shoulders. Can I still get a massage?
Normally, yes. If the pain is severe, or accompanied by some underlying health conditions, you will need to consult a doctor, but many of us spend large amounts of time with mild but uncomfortable and annoying back trouble from sitting too much, bending often, heavy lifting, or just from stress. For this, a massage can work wonders for easing that tension and giving you a new lease on life.
